Pre-order Items: After the pre-order window closes, please allow 15-24 business days for the shipment of your order. Pre-order status will be clearly indicated on the product page.

International Orders: Please note that any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country's customs agency are the customer's responsibility. We will not issue refunds for unpaid customer fees related to international orders.

Lost Packages: Once your order is transferred to USPS, UPS, or DHL, any lost or damaged packages during transit are not our responsibility. Nevertheless, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
